Fireworks Seller Permit- We allow only two licensed distributors within the Town of Lake Holcombe. All distributors and any individuals planning to light fireworks must obtain a permit.

Important Information for Driveway Permits

Driveway Permits are processed on a first‑received basis once the Chippewa County Zoning permit has been submitted to the Town.

One application per driveway must be submitted.

Turnaround time is approximately 30 days.

The center of the proposed driveway must be marked with stakes clearly labeled “Driveway.”

Fire numbers are provided by Chippewa County Zoning, not the Town.
Town Building Permit -
A town building permit is required for most property improvements which have a value of $4,000 and up. Contact the clerk or a town board member if you have questions.
