🗳️ How to Check if Your Vote Counted in Wisconsin

Wisconsin provides an official online tool where you can verify your voting history and track absentee ballots. According to the Wisconsin Elections Commission, your voting record may take up to 30 days to update after an election.

✅ Option 1: Check Your Voter Record (In‑Person Voting)

You can confirm that your vote was recorded by searching your voter record:

  • Go to MyVote Wisconsin (link above).

  • Enter your full name and date of birth.

  • You’ll be able to:

    • View a list of elections you’ve voted in

    • Confirm your registration information

    • See whether your participation in the most recent election has been logged

This is the official method for confirming that your in‑person vote was counted.

📬 Option 2: Track Your Absentee Ballot

If you voted absentee (by mail or in person early):

  • Use the Track My Ballot feature on MyVote Wisconsin.

  • It will show:

    • When your ballot was sent

    • When it was received by your clerk

    • Whether it was accepted and counted

This is the most direct way to confirm absentee ballot status.

đź•’ When Results Update

Wisconsin notes that it may take up to 30 days after an election for your voting record to reflect that your ballot was counted. This delay is normal and does not indicate a problem.
